80s, black poly and nylon strapless mini dress with bolero style swing jacket. Dress has a black velvet, modified empire waist sprinkled with floral, glitter print. Backside of bodice has elastic. The rest of the dress is made of body hugging, popcorn knit with a satin skirt at the bottom and a gossamer ruffle peeks through. Center front of bodice has a large, ornate metal pin with and attached scarf. The bolero style jacket has velvet with glitter on front, the backside has velvet at the yoke and the swingy bottom in sheer. The transparent sleeves have elastic at the ruffled cuff and padded shoulders. The elastic at the cuff is a bit loose, minor. Labeled "Kitty".
