This policy covers how Nelda’s Vintage Clothing treats personal information that we collect for the purchase of products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number.  And information that is not otherwise publicly available, specifically credit card information.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that are linked to us, listed on our links page or sites we may recommend to our visitors and/or customers.

Nelda’s Vintage Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. When you purchase from Nelda‘s, we will request information that is needed to process your order. Including your contact information, your shipping and billing address and credit card information if you are paying with a credit card. This information is used only for the purposes of processing the transaction. You can be assured that all the information you submit with your order is secure. Our order form is located on a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server that uses 128 Bit Encryption to keep all data entered into it safe.

We will not share your information with a third party, sell or in any way disclose your information to any other person or organization.  Credit card numbers are not saved, nor are they retained by us after the transaction is completed.  For the convenience of repeat and regular customers, if you wish to give us permission to retain your private information for future purchases we must have your consent in writing via e-mail. It is completely optional.
