Mexican, cotton blend, two piece top and skirt outfit. It is black and blue with smaller stripes in green, yellow and red. The blouse has a V neckline and cap sleeves. It has a box hem with side vents and stitching along the bottom. Small seashells dangle along the bottom. Top slips overhead. The matching skirt has an elastic waist and 5.5" slits at either side. Shells also dangle at the hemline.
