Crisp, cotton, pinafore maxi dress. The vibrant red bodice has a dainty floral print in yellow, blue, white and green along with small white polka dots. Dress has a scoop neckline that ties at back neck and is open to the waist. The band at the waist has a large metal grommet at one side which allows the straps to run through, wrap around and connect with the other strap. The sides are open and the full skirt has a patchwork print. Labeled Design House made in Japan.
