80s does 20s flapper style dress. Black transparent poly chiffon dress has a wild rose and tassels print in pink, gold, greens and red. Loose, straight cut dress has small pads at the full sleeves that taper at the black sequin cuff. Dress is billowy at the bottom and has a large sequins trim at the hemline. It closes with a back zipper and is fully lined with the exception of the sleeves. Labeled Chez California by Tandy.
