1960s, gorgeous, rare, two piece, cotton suit by Lila Bath an influential fashion designer and businesswoman who lived in Mexico for many years. Black suit has a paisley print in shades of golden yellow and orange and embellished with black sequins and small gold beads. Jacket has a standup collar, a darted bust and fabric covered buttons run down the front. It has hip pockets and a box hem with side vents. It has three quarter length cuffed sleeves. The skirt has a set of darts descending from the waist and closes with a back metal zipper. Both pieces are lined. Labeled Lila Bath Original made in Mexico.
